Welcome to Junarevia Luxury Beach Resort & Casino. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided at our casino hotel and beach resort properties. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:

“We,” “our,” or “us” refers to Junarevia Luxury Beach Resort & Casino and its affiliated properties.
“You” or “your” refers to the person accessing our website or using our services.

“Services” refers to the accommodations, casino gaming, dining, spa, and other services offered at our casino and hotel resort properties.
“Booking” refers to a reservation made through our website, via telephone, email, or through a third-party booking platform.
3. Reservations and Cancellations
3.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed after we have sent you a booking confirmation and your payment has been processed successfully. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason.

3.2 Rates and Charges
All rates at our casino hotel are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and resort fees. Rates are per room per night unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, special requests, or services used during your stay.

3.3 Payment
When making a reservation, we require a valid credit card to guarantee your booking. For certain promotional rates or during peak seasons, a deposit or full prepayment may be required. The payment method used for the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with valid photo identification.

3.4 Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may result in a charge equal to one night’s stay at the confirmed rate plus applicable taxes.

Special event periods, group bookings, and certain promotional rates may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

3.5 No-Show
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation), we will charge the equivalent of the full reservation value to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time at our casino and hotel resort is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to the hotel and to access the casino facilities.

5. Casino Rules and Regulations
Access to our casino facilities is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove from the casino hotel any person whose presence, in our opinion, is detrimental to the casino’s security or operations.

Photography, video recording, and the use of mobile phones are prohibited while at the gaming tables or slots in our casino hotel.

All casino games and promotions are subject to their specific rules and regulations, which are available at the casino hotel.

6. Property Rules and Guest Conduct
Guests at our casino and hotel resort are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or interfere with normal operations. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to guests who violate property rules or engage in disruptive behavior.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of our properties except in designated smoking areas and specifically designated casino sections.

Pets are not permitted in the hotel except for service animals as defined by applicable laws.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on our property.

7. Liability
While we take reasonable steps to ensure your safety during your stay at our casino hotel, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property left in guest rooms, public areas, or anywhere else on our properties.

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, arising from or connected with your use of our services or stay at our casino and hotel resort.

Our liability for any direct loss or damage is limited to the total amount paid for your reservation, except in cases where this limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

9. Website Terms of Use
9.1 Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Junarevia Luxury Beach Resort & Casino or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

9.2 Accuracy of Information
